The Role:
Analyzes local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads

Develop customer accounts and travel within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams.

Negotiate/Re-negotiate contracts with corporate clients

Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media channels

Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities

Cooperate with other departments in the organization to create an exceptional customer experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs

Attend Sales, Promotional & Industry events, as required

Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the management team to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads

Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner.

Participate in RFI & RFP process and ensure submissions are made as per the defined timelines.

Manage staff performance in compliance with company policies and procedures

Recruit, manage, train and develop the Sales and Account management team of around 10-12 professional across KSA.

Through structured Travel Program Management efforts, help clients optimize their travel spend.

Manage the business relationship between Fursan and clients and to provide clients with comprehensive and integrated Travel Management Solutions.

Maintain the prospects database and track the Business Development efforts through CRM system.

Market Travel tools/systems used by Fursan (e.g. Online Booking Tools) to corporate clients and support such transitions and adoptions.

As the focal point of contact for each portfolio client, the role must understand and manage to each individual client’s objectives, using Fursan’s account management strategy, tools and products.

Accountable for retaining and developing Key Accounts and identifying potential incremental business opportunities. The role includes development of formal plans for continuous improvement and measurement in terms of travel management goals and objectives

The role also encompasses extending existing contracts and "rolling over" such agreements.
