The Company:

The Role:
The Director of Operations is expected to plan, organize, motivate and manage our team of supervisors, operators, maintenance and administrative staff.

Accountable for managing all aspects of the operation that entail implementing safety procedures and protocols while increasing revenues, ensuring compliance with AER & ESRD guidelines, designing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining preventative maintenance program and health and safety policies.

As Director of Operations your main duties will involve:
This position requires an individual with a high level of initiative, organizational skills and leadership abilities.
Planning, prioritizing, and executing the work involved in deep disposal well operations, and managing maintenance and repair work
Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing accounts in order to build the business through research and direct contact
Evaluate operations and activities; recommend improvements and modifications
Prepare various reports and performance and production evaluations on operation, production, and activity Co-develop business model with the CEO and management team
Prepare cost estimates for budget recommendations; submit justifications for budget requests; assist in controlling expenditures
Operational staff hiring, training and development including effective training and implementing of standard operating procedures
Prepare monthly and annual reports to regulators and stakeholders and other monitoring requirements set forth by the permitting approval

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge of deep disposal well principles, practices, methods and procedures including but not limited to following safety procedures and special handling requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in a role with supervisory and PNL responsibility in oilfield and industrial waste management operations.
