The Role:

• Assist and support the SCPX Project Manager to achieve the contract objectives
• Promote the AGT Quality Policy & Objectives and ensure compliance to EP-GP-50-10-1 Quality Management in Major Projects
• Demonstrate HSE leadership by actively engaging the client's site team and construction contractors with actions that contribute to delivering on clients ’s HSE expectations
• Verify implementation of contractors’ requirements.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the development of Georgian nationals by providing advice, coaching and training
• Ensure that patrol surveillance of the Contractors activities, and of the Contractors QC activities is conducted.
• Perform Inspection in line with procedural requirements.
• Coordinate inspection resource associated with applicable work package
• Ensure SPCX personnel are in attendance at defined Hold and Witness points identified within the Inspection & Test Plans.
• Report and raise Non Conformances as required.
• SCPX quality requirements are fully discussed.
• Participate in the decision process relating to the disposition of deviations and concessions to specification and codes requested by contractor.
• Review contractors inspection and test documentation to ensure it complies and meets contract requirements also verifying any inspection and testing activities.

• Strong Leadership skills
• Excellent work and personal ethics that include trustworthiness, commitment, and empathy

• Ability to produce quality written reports
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a quality discipline supervisor role relating to Inspection/Quality Control also
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience on QC activities applicable to oil & gas onshore and/or offshore Pipeline and equipment
•• Profound knowledge of applicable standards/ legislation
• Inspection qualifications in Instrument / Controls Inspection e.g. CompEx (Essential). (Certification must be valid).
• Experience of facilities construction working with a wide range of static equipment.
