The Company:
Large international producer of personal protective equipment is looking for potential candidates for Distribution Development Manager (Personal Protective Equipment).

The Role:
Develop Russian distribution organization

• By recruiting the highest possible level of Distributors within identified territory and market segments
• By spending at least 50% of time in the field visiting the existing and potential channel partners
• By qualifying all new channel partners using the international distribution form; discussing these with the Regional Sales Managers and Business Leader
• By analyzing and understanding both channel partners and market segment needs.
• Set up Distributors sales goals and measure their performance
• By monitoring channel partners’ performance and providing assessment
• By achieving agreed channel partners’ sales goals as enabler of sales targets overall
• By conducting regular meetings with channel partners to measure their performance against the set goals
• By collecting quarterly sales information from distributors using the template, by customer, region, and part number/item.
• By providing quarterly reports on distribution performance
• By ensuring distributors financial discipline

Set up Distributors discount schedules and pricing
• By setting up channel partner discount schedules and programs based on distributor goals and performance
• By monitoring market conditions to ensure that discount schedules are in line with them
• By communicating to distributors the changes in COMPANY price lists and product lines.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Distribution Management
• Business acumen: operational planning, financial metrics
• Presentation and analytical skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Candidate must be willing to travel

Bachelor’s degree and demonstration of technical aptitude required. Engineering degree is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in Channel Distribution and/or Distribution Management required. Broad experience with, and knowledge of the Safety Market is preferred.

Fluency in Russian
Fluent, working knowledge of English is required.
