Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role
To provide administration support to problem owners and ensure containment actions are enforced and all issues are reported to senior management.

Scope of the Role
Recording and reviewing vehicle complaints at DKA Audit CP8.
Confirmation of solutions declared by other parts of the business.
Feedback complaints to relevant business departments and ensure/support relevant problem owner in containing/resolving issues in a timely fashion.
Work on own initiative or as part of a team.
Assist in the production of DKA Audit reports.
Present audit information to senior management.
Responsibility for ensuring that local Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed in order to ensure own safety and safety of others.

Qualifications
Experience with computer programs such as Excel/Powerpoint/Word data inputting.
