The Role:
SKILLPOOL GROUP: Document and Record Management, Information & Data Management, I&D Lifecycle activities, Document record management Applications

JOB DESCRIPTION:
PURPOSE:
• Site Lead for Document and Record Management Service delivery in Iraq (DRM South).
• Driving service delivery in a business facing role.
• Responsible for implementing, executing, and managing Document and Record Management Services as part of the I&D lifecycle activities based on the I&D Management (IDM) process (part of the Shell Enterprise Process Model).
• DRM application Support monitoring and reporting on quality of data.
• Accountable for service delivery of DRM operational contracts staff & budgets including Content Services.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Responsible for delivery of physical record management services, archiving, scanning, document storage and library & Reprographic services. Maintaining the service performance according to agreed SLAs, standards and disposition policy. Managing the relationship with the business focal points, gathering new demand and change requirements and overlooking the operational support activities. Assurance on preservation activity, ensure it is adequately resourced in the Business/Function. Responsible to report back and work with Content Services OLM.
• Contract Management Responsibilities: Contract Owner for Archive Services contract in Iraq. Responsibilities include service assurance and single point of accountability of the integrity of archive & manpower services. Maintaining close contacts with the user groups, stakeholders and business teams, ensuring the effective and safe delivery of services in those locations. Responsible to report back and align with Content Services OLM. Cost Leadership
• To ensure clear overview on DRM cost and levers overall with focus on the project to drive cost transparency to business on archive services, disposition in line with Group Record policies and innovation in delivery of DRM with the DRM OLMs particularly on Content Services.
• Project Responsibilities, Involve/contribute in DRM related projects where applicable.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Proven experience (= 4+ years)
• Has a degree or diploma from a post secondary institution (can be in a business specialty) or holds a professional qualification.
• Is familiar with the principles and practices involved in development and maintenance of I&D solutions and services delivery.
• Has had practical involvement in all stages of the I&D lifecycle from information creation to disposition.
• Possesses a general understanding of the business applications of I&D and related systems.
• Demonstrates an understanding of current developments in the application of I&D and is able to assimilate and interpret advice from specialists.
• Communicates well, both orally and in writing and has the skill to influence through persuasion in a formal context.
• Has substantial experience of dealing with internal and external users, other staff, developers and equipment/service suppliers.
