The Company:
The company designs, constructs, transports, installs and removes offshore facilities for the global oil and gas industry. During the last decades they have become a significant international player in the offshore oil and gas construction industry. The Group consists of two divisions, each with a specific role in the activities of the Group

The Role:
1. Function
To provide general technical administration support to the Document Control Department.

2. Responsibilities
• Distribution/coordination of Technical Queries (TQ’s) and administration of the TQ Register
• Filing of all Project related Emails
• Assist with the co-ordination of Subcontractor and Vendor Documentation
• Distribution of incoming and outgoing project documentation against distribution matrices
• Assist with the control and maintenance of all contractual documentation, recording status of documents both internal & external using computerized Document Management System (DocMan)
• Scanning and Photocopying of Project Drawings as requested
• General office duties

• Ability to work well in a team
• Good communication skills
• An understanding of the company Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental systems and programmes
• Educated standard grade level
• Computer literate

5. Training Requisite
Safety Awareness

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Previous experience working in Oil & Gas would be preferred
