The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Document Control Co-ordinator responsible for developing and implementing
Responsible for overall administration and management of Document Management across Project team in Sunbury including the interfaces to contractors and suppliers
Define and lead the document management process of the Projects group and its Contractors.

The prime objective is to ensure:
Apply the Regional Performance Unit Document Management strategy within the group and across Projects, Contractors and Suppliers.
Identify new Best Practice requirements for document management and advise how they might be applied
Inform Contractors and Suppliers of the Client requirements for document management
Identify and record all relevant document management lessons

A major part of the role is to:
Review existing procedures, systems and processes; and update them to meet the team requirements.
Evaluate and Assess the current filing system and storage processes.
Review the current users of Project collaboration software and their capabilities within each system.
Develop and implement new Project structure within SharePoint.
Administer and maintain the new Sharepoint system that has been established for the team
Provide training in document managements and Sharepoint useage to the team and Contractors

Roles & Responsibilities

The post holder will be expected to :
Liaise with personnel on PSVM to consolidate proposals on an integrated approach to Document Management once GtP merges with PSVM.
Identify procedures required and review with possibility to update to meet Project requirements.
Identify and prepare procedures for management of information that are relevant to the work performed by the team
Propose ideas and recommendations to the RPU regarding future handling of archive data
Prepare a Statement of Requirements for document electronic storage and management.
Collaborate with the Angola Region on Document Management to ensure the team remain aligned with regional requirements
Manage and assist all users of the Sharepoint system
Monitor and manage the security controls of the Sharepoint system
