The Company:
With operations across the world, our client uses innovation and technology to deliver energy to a growing world. They are currently leading an integrated LNG Project in PNG that includes gas production and processing facilities including liquefaction and storage facilities.

The Role:
A Document Control Coordinator (DCC) is required for residential assignment based in Port Moresby, PNG. The DCC is responsible for all aspects of document control within the Development Support - Project Management Group.

Implementing the Information Management Plan, and supporting document control procedures, you will enforce the Information Management sections of Project Plans, Contract Coordination Procedure, and Purchase Orders.
Confirming the existence, ensuring suitability as well as the accuracy of the Master Document Registers (MDRs), Supplier MDRs (SMDRs), and Document Distribution Matrixes (DDMs), you will also ensure contractor and supplier documentation deliverables meet contract requirements by performing quality checks for compliance, and initiating corrective actions.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Highly proficiency in Document Control IT tools, databases, and administrative procedures you will have industry experience in areas of operations and/or project technical support. A proven ability to create procedures and presentations as well as strong communication skills are needed as you will routinely interact with project teams.
