The Company:
Our client, an international major oil and gas operator, seeks a Document Control Coordinator to join their team.

The Role:
• Position is responsible for ensuring that all Project documents are properly received, tracked, stored, maintained and accounted throughout the Project execution.
• Process transmittal of information between COMPANY and CONTRACTOR.
• Checking/validation/verification of all documentation, including correct numbering, revisions, status, format, title and legibility. Issue of standard and ad hoc reports and registers
• Process all Project official documentation (includes engineering/technical, correspondence, project management - commercial, legal) generated by COMPANY and CONTRACTOR to be stored in the Document Management System.
• Interpretation and incorporation of reviewer comments (using Tracked Changes and Squad Sheets)
• Coordinate and lead all Document Control associated issues within the Electronic Data Management System (Corworx and eRoom).
• This position shall maintain all necessary document control functions, systems, controls and procedures and shall notify the Business Manager of any error in documentation that may result in an execution impact to the project and work to correct it as soon as possible.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the project team by seeking to understand their needs, properly setting expectations, and consistently meeting commitments
• Provide support with tracking the status and expediting of all internal document reviews as well as timely receipt and issue information to team members.
• Perform self-audits to ensure document management system and process integrity and report results to Business Manager.
• It is assumed this position will file, scan, and photocopy as needed.

IM Support
• Provide Information Management support.
• Day to day database Management Service
• Ensure compliance with IM published policies, guidelines, and standards.
• Conduct timely customer information/records search and retrieval requests in compliance with IP requirements and information sharing agreements
• Apply Retention and Disposition to Records in accordance with the Record Retention Schedule
• Administration of supplies records, monitor customer activities for compliance with Records Management standards and processes.
• Physical Media Management

• This position must work well independently as well as be an effective member of a team and project a dynamic and self-directed attitude

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Two + years of document control experience
