The Company:
International Oil and Gas Operator

The Role:
Create and/or improve existing documentation procedures, and streamline across various product teams. Establishes and maintains consistency of databases and documentation as well as corporate processes used to ensure quality, design requirements, and environmental compliance. Manage and maintain as well as analyse and interpret the consistency for all documentation and support systems to ensure quality. Following established procedures and formats, researches and compiles technical data for use in routine documents or sections of documents such as manuals, procedures and specifications. Obtains data and information from review of documentation, drawings, schematics and reports, consultation with technical staff members. Typically requires at least seven years of experience in the field or a related area. Works autonomously within established procedures and practices. Typically acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others, but not a supervisor. Anticipates patterns and links; looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States
•5+ years of experience working information Management Systems and Document Management
•Knowledge of Information Management, Maintenance, and Data Base Systems
•Willingness and ability to travel to North Slope for occasional meetings
•Good communicator and able to lead and work well with multiple disciplines and team members to identify and resolve problems or issues
•Communication and facilitation skills sufficient to facilitate large diverse groups

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Database Management, Knowledge Management, Project Management, Engineering, or Business
•Knowledge and experience with SAP PM and SAP DMS modules
•Conversant with upstream oil and gas terminology
•Willingness to monitor compliance with EIM governance across geographically separated assets and diverse teams , direct employees and contract engineers, procurement specialists, documentation specialists, and vendors
