The Role:
Pursue excellence in the systematic management, standardisation and continuous improvement of North Sea document control processes related to management of procedures and practices. Establish and maintain S&OR related records information management standards for Business Technical Function and Operating Function teams in the Region.
Responsible for applying Operating Management System documentation structure in line with How S&OR works for relevant North Sea practices, procedures and guides.
Lead on reducing complexity of OMS procedures through targeting simplification of language and removal of duplication of procedures/processes.
Advise on tactics and identify continuous improvement actions for the format and structure of procedures or practices to assure on conformance.
Support the implementation process of new or updated procedures and practices to assure conformance with documented requirements.
Be self-directing when defining and managing the delivery of short term and annual information management work scopes.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Preference towards past experience of working with management systems or document control systems in an operations or projects environment.
Previous Oil & Gas experience.
Educated to Degree level.
Performance Bias - Bias for action; does things before being asked to or forced to by events.
Partnership and Teamwork - Demonstrable track record in building networks to enhance effectiveness and share knowledge.
Innovation - Demonstrates openness to new ideas and comes up with new initiatives.
Able to anticipate/avoid opportunities/threats and adapt plans accordingly. Self-driven with a strong practical focus.
