The Company:
Our client is a nuclear specialist, covering both civilian and defence sectors, across the complete lifecycle from New Build, through Operations and Maintenance, to final decommissioning and waste disposal.

The Role:
The Document Controller will:-
Maintain the document library as per agreed structures
Build / maintain relationships with team members / suppliers to promote the use of the document library.
Provide support to all team members / 3rd party suppliers with regard to use of the document library

The Document Controller will ensure that audit trails are maintained and all documents can be traced etc
Scanning, printing, general administration tasks to support the team
Maintaining the hard copy filing library

Archiving of documentation as required
The Document Controller will be maintaining an incoming and outgoing log of all project related correspondence, including e-mail traffic
Responsible for copying, quality checking and sending out project related documents

Candidates must be able to attain or already have Security Clearance

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The Document Controller will have previous experience. Nuclear experience is desirable but not mandatory.
A willingness to learn a new role and attention to detail with the ability to follow process is far more important. This role needs a methodical approach to ensure that the structure of the document library is maintained.
