The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.
The Role:
Document Control Support Document Control function will be responsible for carrying out the following functions:
• Process work requests when received.
• Liaise with customers as required
• Coordinate the asset teams on Interface document flow
• Checking/validation/verification of all documentation, including correct numbering, revisions, status, format, title and legibility
• Registration of documentation into the DMS, with attributes.
• Distribution, via DMS generated transmittal, to all internal and external parties
• Issue of standard and ad hoc reports and registers Archiving of project records in accordance with Retention Schedules Document Control Implementation Implementing the Document Control systems and procedures will involve: Use the tools allocated and become familiar with the new document control tool when available. Support the role out of the new DMS product
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Secondary level education.
• Document control experience as a minimum 1-2 years in a similar capacity.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Clear and articulate communication skills – ability to communicate with people in different levels of the organisation.
• High level of computing skills.
• Self motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
• Methodical, meticulous and pragmatic approach.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
• Customer focused
