The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
Role Summary:
Management and Administration of project documentation in support of the Project Information Management Strategy. Role is mainly based in Sunbury, however regular travel to Angola will be required.

Key Responsibilities:
o Supervise Junior Document Controllers based in Sunbury, Angola and Offshore.
o Work closely with Operational Engineering Management Team.
o Registration, issue and distribution of technical documentation to internal and external parties, ensuring timely turnaround of documentation.
o Maintenance of hard copy master technical files.
o Expediting of overdue ‘Issued for Review’ documentation.
o Preparation and distribution of weekly Document Deliverables Registers, Overdue IDC reports and ad hoc exception reports, as required, to internal and external parties.
o Ad hoc administrative tasks, as required.
o Liaison with engineering representatives and third parties.
o Assist with the development, maintenance and enforcement of operational documentation management processes.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
o Minimum of 5 years Oil and Gas experience working in an operations environment.
o Ability to communicate at management level - written and verbal.
o Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite – including the use of Word, Outlook and high level of competency in Excel.
o Experience of Microsoft Sharepoint Preferred, but not essential.
o Electronic file management experience preferred, but not essential.
o Candidates to have methodical and accurate approach, and be able to identify anomalies should they arise.
o Candidates should be able to work both in a team environment and also work unsupervised.
o Candidates should also be proactive, conscientious, demonstrate a high level of commitment and have the ability to deliver work on time.
