The Role:
MARINE DOCUMENTS CONTROLLER – PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA - $$ ATTRACTIVE – 12 to 18 MONTHS CONTRACT - LONG TERM PROJECT
AUSTRALIAN WORKING VISA OR RESIDENCY REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE

The Contracts Controller will be responsible for the day to day management of the Marine contracts processes and will provide administration support to the Marine Logistics team. This position reports to the Marine Logistics Manager and involves the following

The job:
• Lead Interface between contracts and logistics departments with respect to current Marine Logistics contracts
• Day to day document control and data entry of contractual documents
• Management of technical and commercial queries
• Document registration and project electronic filing in the web based project document control system, (Documentum).
• Assisting the Marine Logistics team in the development and improvement of Marine Logistics Procedures and operations at AMC
• Formatting and producing accurate, timely and well presented documents, in accordance with the Gorgon Project’s document control requirements.
• Attend and minute meetings when required.
• Flexibility in deployment to other Supply Bases as required to fill emergent gaps in capability.
• Day to day ad Hoc duties associated with the Marine logistics team


Essential requirements of this role:
• At least 5 years marine experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Previous administration management skills
• Adaptability/flexibility to adapt to changing environments
• Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to work in small teams.
• Must have commercial experience
