The Role:
•Responsible for the administration of the Operational & Project Document Control function, including:-
oDocument numbering allocation
oDocument Registration in Document Register / SharePoint
oInter Discipline Check (IDC) administration & Close Out
oTransmittal / document administration with supply chain
oIssue and control of documentation to project assets including Controlled Copy Drawings and Procedures
oProject close out and final archiving
oDocument search / research of archival records
oTag Number allocation (in association with operations)
•Archiving and retrieval of records to / from Commercial external storage archives.
•Backfilling for Senior Document Controller in vacation periods / leave of absence.
•Providing technical data as requested / supporting project team operations.
•Data entry / uploading to SharePoint Document Management System.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Document Control experience (or operator based data management experience) in a Project and Operational context.
•Educated to ‘A’ Level or Higher standard with preferably some science, engineering, IT or Computing background.
•GCSE or Standard in Maths & English.
•Understanding of technical data and documentation, and the context in which it is used.
•Understating the HSEQ context of offshore operations.
•General end user computer skills – MS Excel / Word etc.
•Competent in Document Management systems and processes.
•Some SharePoint (or EDMS) experience

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•Offshore survival / medical
