The Role:
JOB TITLE: Document Control Technical Clerk
REPORTS TO: Lead Document Controller
LOCATION: Windsor, Berkshire
Immediate start required.

JOB PURPOSE:
This role is to provide administration support to the document control team on projects in development, execution and operation. This will be a largely administrative role initially and training will be provided on document control activities.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
General support functions – filing, photocopying, scanning, printing & binding
Organising hard copy reproductions and circulating to the team and external parties as required
Maintaining the correspondence logs
Archiving
Maintaining the hard copy filing
Support on the development projects under the guidance of a senior members of the team – includes uploading documentation to our document management system and registering reference numbers for documentation and correspondence

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Must have office based admin experience
Be able to use Word and Excel
Experience of filing documents preferred.
