The Company:
A leading global provider of technology solutions for the energy industry.

The Role:
•To take all reasonable care during the performance of their work for the Health and Safety of themselves and others affected by their acts or omissions. To co-operate fully with the Client, regulatory authorities and/or third parties to ensure compliance with applicable legislation.
•Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the vision and core values.
•To work in a competent, positive, safe and professional manner.
•Undertaken work, ensure Health and Safety is a main priority
•Provide a comprehensive Project document control and administrative support function.
•Work with minimum supervision and within time constraints.

•Authority to stop an unsafe act or condition without fear of reprisal and with the full backing of management.

•To ensure that the DMS needed to maintain the integrity of project information is implemented, maintained and developed.
•Management of project correspondence: E-mail, letter, fax, transmittal, MOM
•Management of project documents: Reports, Plans, etc
•Manage receipt of project documents from customer and other external sources (hard copy and electronic)
•Ensure project documentation is security classified and distributed
•Ensure voiding of project obsolete or replacement documents
•Management of both project hard copy and electronic files
•Management of creating, review, approval, update and re-approval, scanning and conversion, identification and status (draft, final, obsolete) of project documentation.
•Liaise with project ensuring all relevant documents are in line with process.
•Perform administration activities including scanning of records, issuing reports and maintaining of KPI’s to support Senior Document Controller and QHSE Dept
•Operate a clear desk policy.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
•Other systems : SAP, Imsol, Doculive, Visio, Adobe Editor/Reader (training will be provided)

•Good secondary education (0 Level Standard).
•Excellent PC skills.
•Excellent administrative skills
•Knowledge of documentation maintenance skills preferably using electronic Document Management Tools.
•SAP experience (advantage).
•Excellent communication/organisation skills.
•Be able to work solely and as part of a Team Building Environment.
•Work in accordance to company procedures.
•Relevant experience in a similar role.
