The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
- Project Co-ordinator to perform Document Handling functions with Contract Administrative duties leading to Project Managing of minor client orders. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will support and work closely with the Project Managers.
- Responsible for the management of the project specific Document Handling process to ensure complete and orderly receipt and distribution of the project document deliverables to agreed scope and milestones.
- You will be required to support and provide cover for contact administration including SAP duties.
- Responsible for managing the Project Electronic Document Management System.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- As Project Document Controller you will have: Experience one of the following sectors, EPC’s, Utilities, Industrial, Oil & Gas
- A minimum of HNC Electrical Engineering or Business Management (or equivalent)
- Sound communication, presentation, numerate and written skills in English
- An ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision to tight deadlines.
- MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat (pdf) etc.
- Use of Electronic Document Management Systems and Web based eRooms.
- A willingness to develop other skills including SAP, Commercial and Project Management protocols.
