The Role:
• Ensures that processes and standards are defined and followed (e.g. unique identifiers & naming conventions for things like drawings, documents and tagged items etc).
• Following established data workflows, maintenance and quality control processes.
• Publishes data into Engineering Information data systems as specified by the business and data management processes.
• Ensures compliance with document & records management standards and procedures.
• The projects focal point within the Regional Eng Info Mgmt team.
• Implement our client’s Retention Policy to all records managed in the master data stores.
• Responsible for following regional and our client's standards
• Responsible for delivering elements of the annual data management performance objectives.
• Project D&DC will need to work closely with the Project Information team and support the projects transition back into Operations, followed by potential transition into the Functional D&DC team tagged to the project.
• Required to act as team player.
• Responsible for delivering elements of data management discipline led projects.
• Supports local data management projects through the provision of support in areas of competency.
• Basic quality control and completeness checking for all types of engineering information.
• Improve the search, retrieval, ordering and re-filing service for end users to access records stored both physically and digitally, including to and from offsite storage facilities
• Metadata and descriptor data loading
• Checking that data received is loaded to project & master data stores correctly & catalogued accurately.
• Basic administration and preparation of physical and digital data for the receipt and distribution to and from third parties, e.g. partners, contractors and regulatory authorities.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience required in supporting front line Operations, with a track record of leading and delivering technical work in a timely and efficient manner.
