The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
A position has become available for a Site based Document Controller to join a leading Oil and Gas Operator for a 12 month contract.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

•Primary point of contact for DC/IM related queries and tasks on Site.

•Perform Monthly Assurance Assessments on Contractor to ensure compliance of DC/IM procedures in regard to Subcontractors.

•Attend Contractor/Subcontractor Audits and provide feedback / input into findings.

•Attend/preside weekly Contractor DC Meetings (and general project meetings) – Review/sign off on minutes, assist with resolution of issues.

•Conduct SharePoint / Coreworx refresher training for Site team, as well as new-starters who were unable to complete their training in Perth.

•Assist site team with Distribution Matrix queries .

•Log, print, dispose of confidential drawings for Site team.

•Client model related tasks (loading spread sheets, copying model shots)

•Initiate/Implement Audits.

•SharePoint maintenance/clean up.

•Monthly Memo Report – Provide information relating to outstanding Memos for the Business Services team to the Lead.

•Request Subcontractor reports from Contractor on behalf of the Site team, deliver associated hard copy drawings once received.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Yr 12 (high schooling) and/or other appropriate certificates and diplomas / 5+ years

•Audit & Assurance experience

•Previous experience in a site based role

•Experience with SharePoint / Coreworx.

•Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft office (particularly word & excel)

•Preferred Skills/Personal Attributes (e.g. communication, attention to detail, etc.)

•Strong communication both verbal and written, organised, attention to detail, good management skills (influencing, negotiation, delegation) and governance skills.
