The Company:

The Role:
An organised and systems driven document controller with highly regarded industry exposure and an optimistic attitude is required to join an established system focused team. The ideal candidate will have preferable oil and gas/resource experience with exposure to dealing with confidential offshore documentation.

As the successful candidate your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

* Execution of document control processes within the project requirements
* Managing receipt, filing and distribution of documents and correspondence records
* Actively interface with the lead engineers and quality team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the project data
* Electronically register project documentation, ensure document metadata is complete and correct, upload and distribute documents through the document control software
* Manage workflows for the distribution, review and commenting of contractor documents

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience as a document controller on major oil/gas, power or petrochemical project
* Familiar with the use of proprietary and custom computer software systems used for project management
* Solid understanding and knowledge of project document control
* Computer skills in keyboarding; proficient in Word, Excel and basic familiarity with databases, email and internet
* Analytical/technical skills with a practical approach to problem solving
* Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment
* Demonstrated interpersonal skills
* Effective communication skills and ability to develop and present management reports
* Able to prioritize responsibilities
