The Role:
•Management of Project Documents and Control processes and system
•Management of transmittals to/from Contractors & Suppliers
•Control, Record and Distribute project documentation to the Project Team
•Allocate Document numbers for Contractors
•Maintain the Document Distribution Matrix
•Management of Master Document Registers for Project
•Management of document review processes to/from Contractors & Suppliers
•Collation and preparation of Project internal and external reporting
•Coordination and Handover of Project Documentation to the Operation Team
•Maintain Filing system
•Archive documentation
•Provide guidance on Document control requirements for the project team
•Sharepoint & Documentum Management
•Management of Sharepoint interface and system, including support to people
•Sharepoint Administrator for AAD project
•Management of Documentum interface and System, Including support to people
•Documentum Administrator for AAD project
•Provide support to GOC and Commissioning team on the flotel.
•Ensure the documentation flow between onshore and offshore team is controlled and managed
•Manage critical information as per agreed timescale
•Control, record and distribute information as per distribution matrices
•Communicate with Onshore DCC team on a regular basis
•Attend relevant regular meetings onshore and offshore
•Provide Information Management training as required
•Maintain and manage the filing system
•Provide feedback (Positive and Negative) to Line Manager

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Experience in a similar role in a project environment
•Experience within an operations environment is an advantage
•Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels
•Must be able to manage priorities according to the demands of the project environment
•Good organisational skills
