The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
A new opportunity has arisen for a Document Controller on a 12 month contract.

Working on an IS project for the Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS) you will be responsible for the following:
• Work directly with business stakeholders to support day to day Document Control requirements and longer term objectives
• Ensure integrity and completeness of OE Management System and business control documentation collections with the DMS master repository
• Maintain controlled hardcopy collection (department satellite locations)
• Perform a Document Control ‘Gatekeeper’ role, ensuring all OE Management System & business controls are:
o Formatted, numbered, revision controlled and managed in accordance with relevant company standards and conventions
o Received, processed, distributed and tracked in accordance with Document Control procedures, approved distribution matrices and agreed timescales
• Accommodate reprographic requirements (inc. scanning, copying and biding)
• Support development and implementation of Management System Document Control framework
• Foster and support OEMS & business control document control best practice within the project including delivery of relevant inductions, communication/awareness sessions, coaching, training and support

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Tertiary level qualification (diploma or degree) preferred

5 years in Document Control Demonstrated experience of Document Management processes, tools and information products in a large organisation
Familiarity with file viewing and mark-up software

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Strong customer focus
Ability to work under pressure Self-motivated with ability to work using initiative and minimum supervision
Resolves issues on professional terms and escalate as required
Fosters a ‘can do’ attitude
