The Company:
Our client has been engaged in the exploration and production of natural gas in the Netherlands and the North Sea Continental Shelf since 1964. In the Dutch sector of the North Sea, gas is produced from 22 platforms and 3 subsea production installations. Most of the platforms are unmanned and remotely operated; four have gas treatment facilities.

The Role:
For the ongoing modifications of offshore installations and procurement of equipment, the document expeditor takes care of:
- All contractors documentation as per their Master Document Register
- Vendor documentation as per the various requisitions
- Required documentation for certification & KvI dossier (if applicable)
- Final documentation packages (Manufacturing Record Books)

The Document Expeditor has to:
- Check the document flow within the various modification projects
- Expedite document delivery based on MDR’s and requisitions
- Expedite the internal document review loop
- Run weekly reports regarding progress of the document delivery by external parties
- Expedite required documentation for certification and KvI (Keuring voor ingebruikname)
- Coordinates the document flow between certifying authorities and Company
- Coordinate with the owners (TEPNL) representative on all procurement issues
- Monitor progress of all purchase requisitions
- Be responsible for knowing and understanding the procurement department‘s targets and objectives
- Attend at inspection procurement meetings
- Supports document control

Jobholder operates within the document control team and in close cooperation with QA/QC and Procurement department of both vendor(s) and COMPANY.

Jobholder shall be accountable for the timely delivery and correct issuing of documents by external parties, back and forth.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Affinity with document control and quality
- Technical background
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and related procedures
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes/mechanism
- Accurate performance
