The Role:
Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by Line Manager that are related to this job.
Responsible for providing effective and full Document Management Support and Service for all levels of the company
Execution of Document Control Processes as Business Requirements (advise for any engineering, projects, technical and corporate documentation)
Providing guidance for less experienced document controllers
Interface between contractors and internal customers;
Regularly audit the quality of inputs from contractors, and liaising directly with contractors to ensure receipt of company comments and resubmission of revised documents
Analyze the content of information for proper and correct registration and classification of the documents
Accountable for bulkloading of the project documentation into electronic document management system
Serves as a subject matter expert for project document control, Transmittal Management, Document Repository and Records Retention tracking for the departments
Prepare support documentation and training materials for end users of Electronic Document Management Systems
Accountable to assist and guide users to classify their documents properly in accordance to the IM standards.
Provide trainings, Doc Control Inductions for business users
IM Systems Implementation
Carry out of service for historical documents (archive VIC)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor`s / University Degree. (Business, Engineering, Operations, Library Science, or related field is preferred)
Minimum 5 years experience in Document Control Sphere (Projects; Corporate; Engineering; Contracts; Logistics; HSSE; Technical)
Experience in numerous disciplines such as Document Management, Engineering, Planning or Quality Assurance, to include experience in a Project Management or Support function
Confident and clear written and verbal communication with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals across all levels of the organization.
Experience and knowledge's of Document Management systems: AssaiAdmin; Documentum; SharePoint; VIC (Venture Information Catalogue); IMIS (Integrated Management Information System)
Professional user of MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT and Acrobat/ Adobe Professional, Auto Cad

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of document management and control requirements, processes and systems
Good Communication skills Kazakh, Russian & English-languages – ability to understand the needs of others;
