The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
A position has become available for a Document Review Coordinator working on a major Oil & Gas Project.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Receive deliverables from contractor
Distribute to appropriate personnel/departments for review
Expedite document reviews to ensure documents are reviewed within the set timeframe
Ensure delivery of review responses to Originator
Ensure return/closeout of Supplier Documents via doc control
Run and issue reports of supplier deliverables on a weekly basis for both internal and external use
Expedite document submissions from contractor

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Working experience within EPC environment, experience in LNG would be desirable.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Computer literate (especially Excel)
Ability to multi task and work under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Have a good understanding of the multi-discipline aspects of engineering and construction (preferably in EPCM environment) and be able to use this in resolving issues.
