The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
For our client we are looking for a Document Review Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
• Maintain document review and reporting for MEI&C LNGP contracts/POs include cross the project (Downstream and Upstream) (Validate documentation, including correct numbering, revisions, status, format, title and legibility)
• Assist engineers in process of reviewing documentation (from both receivable & response perspective)
• Assurance checks on regular and ad-hoc supplier progress supporting documentation contract and PO.
• Create, following up, and maintain project documentation and status reports
• Create, populate and maintain spread sheets, presentations, ad hoc reports and databases as required.
• Develop and deliver MEI&C data and documentation from company to contractor, in conjunction with the engineering (liaise with internal and external parties, providing technical assistant to ME&I team).
• Coordinate to develop documentation, generates, and compiled between internal and external stakeholders (expediting)
• Coordinate & influence different parties to provide information document management, reporting and presentation.
• Ensure the delivery of document control and information management solutions for the MEI&C scope to internal and external stakeholders
• Support transition to construction/commissioning handover activities
• Supporting CCN (Construction Change Notice), RFI (Request For Information), TQ (Technical Query), KIMS (interface Management Tool) to prepare, generate, and distribute in process of between internal and external correspondence.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for the role you will need to have:
• 5 – 10 years industry experience
• Microsoft Excel and Word, Understanding of Document Management Systems
• Good communication skills, team player, proactive/self-motivated, good decision making skills
