The Role:
Duties for this position include (but are not limited to):

• Reviews, categorizes and processes incoming engineering documentation based on Veolia Water and Customer specific document control procedures and specifications.
• Processes documentation and makes decisions with project team members to ensure compliance to Customer Specifications, Project Schedule and Quality Systems requirements.
• Monitors and follows up on status and completeness of documents and engineering drawings with internal project team and project expediter based on project schedule. Collaborate with project expediter to ensure that all drawings have completed the required process cycles as scheduled.
• Prepares and publishes status reports related to project documentation and works with project team to integrate documentation status into project status and project health reports.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The preferred candidate should be able to demonstrate success with the following skills and/or experience:

• Strong initiative and drive to completion
• Experience working in an engineering environment with engineering documentation.
Experience working with IFS software systems
• Good understanding of document management and control procedures.
• Understanding of compliance to ISO 9001 procedures.
• Excellent Organizational Skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience working with document management software products
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering terminology and engineering documentation types
• Multi Task with limited supervision
• Experience working with Adobe Reader
• Experience working with Micro Soft office products such as Excel and Word
• Experience working with Micro Soft Access

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Recommended Education:
A degree Associates Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline
