The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
• Supporting the ongoing development and improvement of quality assurance and compliance particularly compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley , AIP , Change order and claims , the use of CMS , compliance with contract management process , compliance with payment processes , use of site instructions and use of change management
• Perform specific assurance audits for timely detection and resolution of non compliance against Pre and Post Award Procedures
• Develop appropriate strategies and mitigate all risks inherent within the downstream pre and post award contract administration and management process.
• Participate in the corporate audit preparations and activities to ensure timely provisions of information and action close outs.
• Provide access to regular ad-hoc reports and updates to identified stakeholders on post award administration performance.
• Input and amend owners team work instructions for oversight assurance activities
• Engage and influence and implementations of strategies that will improve performance and governance within the EPCM contracts team.
• Responsible for working collaboratively to share data with external resources to facilitate planned audits of contractors ( relates to payments / invoice verification )
• Responsible for working for integrated team members including clarifying and test for understanding procedures, sourcing and analzing data that enables objective analysis to be performed, ensuring that lessons learnt through such assurance and audit are being transferred back into the project organisation as part of the continuous improvement culture through a knowledge and sharing portal.
• Responsible for deputizing DS contracts – assurance co-ordinator in assurance matters that are required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Sound knowledge of international oil and gas with 5 years relevant experience in auditing and assurance work

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Thorough understanding on contracting /commercial agreement development and execution.
Leading and co-ordinating continuous improvement initiatives / process with accreditation in change management.
Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
