The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
The position of Engineering IM Coordinator is for the Gorgon Downstream project. The role is based in central Perth for a 3 month term.

Key remit of the position is to review the Downstream Engineering IM workscope following transition of the role from London to Perth.

The responsibilities will include:
• Establish processes to monitor, oversee, expedite & report on progress of Engineering IM deliverables
• Establish and implement a plan to deliver, Engineering IM deliverables to the Business Unit.
• Directly responsible for overseeing and assuring the EPCM performance in delivering various engineering data elements.
• Work with EPCM to develop, implement and improve key EIM processes, supporting business controls and tools.
• Monitor performance of EPCM, working with EPCM Global Leads
• Coordination of handover of EIM scope deliverables (design and vendor) into the systems, at agreed commissioning and operations project milestones.
• Proactively encourage improved and consistent Information Management and promote the broader use of online collaborative working methods.
• Participant and/or contributor to project and Contractor audits.
• Monitor Project EIM workload.
• Act as SME during Project Alignment sessions, workshops and lessons learned activities.
• Review and continuous improvement of the project infrastructure and systems to support project user base (completions; operations), e.g. Engineering data warehouse (EDW), engineering portal to the “Digital Asset”, EIM query/CMMS staging database.
• Reporting – Design, Develop and Deliver completion / quality reports.
• Development and implementation of engineering information handover specifications and procedures in alignment with corporate requirements People and Teams.
• Management of 2 direct reports
• Management of resourcing and recruitment.
• Leading and mentoring team members and extended working groups where required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualification (engineering discipline preferred).
• Extensive Information Management Experience.
• Engineering Data Analysis and Verification.
• Database management (especially query and reporting).
• Strong knowledge of maintenance system requirements for engineering data.
• Good stakeholder management, workshop facilitation & presentation skill / experience
