The Role:
College degree preferred
Minimum 3 years working experience in supply and logistics, preferably in Drilling and/or Drilling support activities and related materials, equipment and services.
Knowledgeable of oil&gas industry requirements and best practices, relating to logistics, materials management and inventory control
Experience in material handling equipment (cranes, forklifts, truck loading/lashing).
Must be able to demonstrate sound ethical practices in the supervision of contractor’s labor
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Good interpersonal / team skills.
Must be flexible and adaptable to various working and living conditions.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Must be proficient in the use of computers and possess basic administrative and organizational competencies.
Must be in good health and able to handle stress due to short deadlines, emergency situations, remoteness, and lack of infrastructure.
Good command of English
The Drilling Logistics Coordinator is responsible for for logistics and material movement activities in Kholmsk port as it relates to support of drilling operations on offshore and onshore rigs . Interface with the Procurement and Contractor’s Warehouse to ensure strong drilling inventory control and accuracy is maintained. Managing the day-to-day Kholmsk logistical business, including, but not limited to, coordination of material movements to offshore/onshore rig locations as well as third party vendors, cargo loading/unloading operations, material control functions, and inventory management.
Fulfill materials call offs from Drilling Rigs engaging all stake holders as necessary (procurement warehouse, service contractors, vendors, third parties)
Track Drilling material movements through cargo manifests and material transfer forms
Coordinate third party deliveries to Kholmsk port
Follow on Marine Supply vessel schedule and notify third parties for timely delivery for vessels loading
Coordination of all inbound and outbound truck cargo operations to and from Kholmsk port and third part vendors located on Sakhalin Island.
Create materials reservations
