The Company:
Big oil company looking for Drilling Logistics Analyst

The Role:
- Receive request for materials and services from user, prepare paper requisition, secure all necessary approvals, endorsements and confirmations in accordance with company guidelines, request materials cataloging, transfer requisition for IPES input and PO creation, save backup on LAN. Keep track of 225 a/c budgets for materials purchase.
- Expedite materials delivery from origin to end destination. Keep tracking log of materials deliveries on LAN. Provide specific instructions on dates, final destination, mode of transportation, charge codes to Freight Forwarder.
- Provide drilling materials status to users upon request
- Facilitate customs clearance of drilling materials as required. Assist with providing necessary information to customs broker
- Facilitates drilling surplus disposal through Procurement Surplus analyst including preparation of SED forms
- Facilitate, monitor and control re-export of drilling materials.
- Perform goods receipt function for Drilling materials. Verify accuracy of all details and ensure all required supporting documentation is attached. All signed copies and back-up to be filed and log maintained on LAN. Complete OS&D reports as necessary and ensure follow up through final resolution
- Conduct quarterly file review of requisition files; send report of findings with planned corrective actions to Drilling Logistics Supervisor
- Maintain control for Yuzhno office safety awards as specified in the approved Client Drilling Safety Award process, including obtaining signatures and maintaining records for all awards issued. Ensure safe and secure storage as well as carry out periodic inventory (minimum annually) of any remaining safety awards under Drilling Logistics Analyst custody
- Active participation and attend meetings as member of Client IPES power user network.
- Attend monthly Drilling Safety Meetings and mandatory trainings as required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Strong English skills (verbal and written)
• Solid work ethic
• Experience with Microsoft applications
• Ability to learn processes/procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize work
• Logistics/Customs/Material experience is preferred, but not essential
