The Company:
A multinational oil and gas operator corporation in Indonesia is looking for "Drilling Operation Support"

The Role:
• Assist the Senior Drilling Operations Support in the process of: (1) preparing aviation and supply chain management guidelines (2) prepare loading notes on daily basis with consultation with Sr. Drilling Engineer (3) identifying and registering the operational risks involved in the avion/supply chain management and (4) carrying out risk assessment jointly with HSE engineers.
• Assist the Sr. Drilling Operations Support in developing and updating the guidelines for material procurement, stock management, and establishing delivery schedule - considering rig demand, weather forecast, supply vessel availability, etc.
• Assist the Sr. Drilling Operations Support in initiating required permits and licenses for aviation, supply chain management, cabotage rule, material procurement (master list), Medicvac.
• Support the Sr. Drilling Operations Support in monitoring and administering crew change/movement and managing supply chain as well as stock level at the main supply base, materials barge and rig site - through effective communication/information network between main supply base, materials barge, rig and Jakarta office.
• Provide basic drilling support operation expertise to support Sr. Drilling Operations Support in preparing the tenders for aviations, supply chain management, communication / networking and other things for tendering processes for materials provider and support service providers.
• Support the Sr. Drilling Operations Support in securing quality administrative supports for the drilling operations: work program, AFE, drilling program approval from the government and business partners; various permits related to the drilling operations.
• Provide basic drilling operations expertise in closely monitoring well cost data and inputing them in the SAP - referring to a daily cost sheet provided by drilling supervisors.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other Engineering Sciences.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry with a minimum of 2 years in the Drilling Engineering and/or Operations - materials procurement, supply chain management etc.
