The Company:
Our client is looking for 4 drilling supervisors to manage some offshore exploration drilling

The Role:
Responsibilities
Accountable for safe and efficient execution of all well drilling, completions and work over operations. This position is responsible for directing day to day well site operations.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the safety of all personnel on site and ensure operations are compliant with applicable environmental regulations and policies. You will manage the day to day activities of rig contractor personnel and third party contractors. This includes managing logistics for personnel and equipment, providing daily reports to the Drilling Superintendent, data entry into the client database system and maintaining accurate cost control.

Position will require employee to work either at 14/14 work schedule at various field locations

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
High school diploma or international equivalent
Deepwater drilling supervision
5+ years rig experience
3+ years experience in supervision of drilling and/or completion activities
Must hold a valid Well Control certificate and be able to attend and pass company training.
Good knowledge and heavy emphasis on all aspects of safety and environmental regulations & policies.
Strong communication skills.
English language skills.
