The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
The purpose of the role is to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained through product conformance to Engineering Specification and process standardisation.
The responsibility of the Dyno & Engine Investigation Engineer will be primarily defining, maintaining and developing engine test processes and tear down audits.
The role supports the overall section (Quality Operations) responsibilities of ensuring product validation with robustness and integrity for all current and future launch programmes.
The success candidate will be expected to grow and develop the role as the Quality Dept grows and matures.
This is a key position within the Quality Depth and EMC UK and the work will be varied and demanding

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
1) AVL Puma data systems awareness, controls experience
2) Engine parts, systems, assembly knowledge
3) Significant problem solving skills, computer literate, excellent verbal and written communications ability.

Vehicles and engine manufacturing experience or similar experience in a high tech machining assembly environment, interacting with CMM rooms, Labs and other testing facilities.
