The Company:
Our Client is a leading Australian EPCM and consulting company with an extensive global reach and an enviable project portfolio. As a result of their Australian based operations they now have a strong foothold within Mining, Resources and Heavy Industry and are continuing to display their strength across multiple disciplines and industries.

The Role:
The responsibilities of the role are as follows:-

- Detailed Design of all associated E & I Equipment and Systems
- Coordination and interaction with client design and review staff (BHP Olympic Dam experience mandatory)
- Participate in technical reviews, impact analysis, consolidation and tracking
- Ensure that the systems reflects the clients approved design and all applicable regulatory and code guidelines
- Coordination with key members of the team including relevant 3rd party, Client and Site Engineers

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this role you must have:

- An Engineering Degree in instrumentation, electrical or electronic fields
- Detailed knowledge and exposure to BHP Olympic Dam systems and procedures
- Extensive Experience in a wide range of Process Control Instrumentation and Electrical Equipment specifically PLC5 and ContolLogix
- Extensive knowledge and ability to utilise Microstation design software
- Experience conducting FEED and/or Detailed Design tasks
- Strong problem solving and technical aptitude
- A high level of attention to detail
