The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
My operator Client is welcoming applications for a E/I & EEHA Coordinator. The position will run for 11 months, and is FIFO to Barrow Island on a 28/28 rotation.

This role is part of the Downstream Quality Organization and the role will require strong communication, very diverse Quality Assurance / Quality Control and project execution experience. Demonstrated leadership in Quality systems, specific discipline I & E & EEHA support for construction and completions requirements are required to support the execution and planning of these activities. You will demonstrate ability to trouble shoot and do investigative analysis as required. The ability to train and mentor personnel in all electrical skill set is required.

Responsibilities

Description: 80%
Substantial experience in the inspection of critical LNG Process Plant mechanical and electrical equipment for compliance with AS 3000 and AS 60079 Substantial E&I experience in inspection and surveillance activities during procurement, construction installation and commissioning stages of
 Switch rooms and associated equipment .Major electrical/mechanical equipment power systems, hazardous area equipment , Instrumentation and control systems
 Ensure compliance with project specification requirements for Inspection of works in progress and Australian Standards in particular EX/Hazardous area certification requirements
 Ensure effective implementation of ITPs by the Contractor and Client attendance at Witness and Hold Points
 Regular review of Quality records (FICs or ITRs)
 Monitor timely mark up of As Built drawings and monitoring of progressive compilation of MDR in line with MDR Index

Routine Surveillance of E/I and EEHA activities – maintain Surveillance programme

Promote safety awareness (Incident Injury Free) and safe performance example at site, fabrication yards, subcontractors and vendor shops participation in IIF. Completes safety observations monthly and as required (TSTO)


General Comments:
 Proactive approach in resolving quality issues.
 Basic computing skills and working knowledge of MS office (Word/Excel).
 Formal safety training.
 Effective communication and reporting skills.
 Previous experience working on LNG projects.
 Candidate shall display confidence in representing the Client when interfacing with Contractors.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skills and Qualifications
 Electrical and Instrumentation trade (dual trade) or single Instrument trade, or higher tertiary qualification (BSc)
 Current Electrical “A” Grade License in WA (for dual trade) or restricted license (instrument trade)
 Hazardous Area (EEHA) qualified - detailed inspection competencies
 HV, LV & ELV experience
