The Role:
Position: Easy Plant Management Lead
Reports to: Site Easy Plant Coordinator
Supervises: Easy plant Operators

Duration: January 2015 until September 2016 (subject to the work situation)
Work Location: Module Yard at Tianjin, China
Assignment Status: Single
Standard Working Hours: 10 hours per normal working day x 6 days per week (Mon. - Sat., 60 hours/week)
Living Allowance: applicable
Overtime Premium: not applicable
Rotation: 6 calendar months followed by 14 consecutive calendar days paid Home Leave plus 2 paid travelling days, provided 4 months of the assignment period shall remain.
Apartment Accommodation: To be provided, incl. Utility cost
Shared Transportation: To be provided
Air tickets for Mobilization/Demobilization/Home Leave: Economy Class Air ticket from/to the nearest International Airport, to be provided
Visa: To be arranged (support incl. timely docs preparation by Employee to be required)
Income Tax in China: To be handled by the Client at its cost


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Checks WBS (work break down structure) and progress calculation concept in the “Easy plant” system.
2. Supervises “Easy plant” operators to input daily report and other specified data into system.
3. Coordinates and manages with related disciplines, and subcontractors to input the report of daily progress of assembling, welding, material delivery status, NDT, etc and other specified data for piping activities into the system.
4. Coordinates and manages with related disciplines to input the daily progress of RFI (Request for inspection), and inspection result, status, etc and prepares and issues and distributes the report to related disciplines.
5. Communicates and Supports related Easy plant group members for specified piping activities.
6. Participates in project meetings when required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
University degree

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Good command of written and spoken English interpersonal skills.
Experience in project control (Progress calculation and monitoring) activities in the construction industry for oil and gas processing, petrochemical or refinery process plant.
