Our Client is a global Energy Leader with a strong commitment to Honest and Ethical Business Practices within the Oil and Gas Industry. Our Client operates as an independent energy company. It has four segments: Oil and Gas, Syncrude, Energy Marketing, and Chemicals. The Oil and Gas segment explores, develops, and produces crude oil, natural gas, and related products

The Role:
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop competency level on integrated management systems under the mentorship of the UKMS Effectiveness Advisor(s) and Analyst(s).

• Provide UKMS content related support to the organization under the mentorship of the UKMS Effectiveness Advisor(s) and Analyst(s).

• Develop basic Management System Auditing skills.

• Assist the UKMS Effectiveness Analyst in the planning and co-ordination of UKMS audits.

• Assist the UKMS Effectiveness Analyst in the reporting of progress versus the UKMS Development Plan.

• Assist in the completion of UKMS Assurance Standards and Supporting Documents as directed by the UKMS Effectiveness Lead, Advisor(s) and Analyst(s).

• Read, fully understand and actively promote relevant Company Policies and Business Objectives.

• Assist Document Owners transfer technical content from existing documents, e.g. processes and procedures, into the new management system structure and human factors format.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Experience of working for an Oil & Gas service provider or Oil & Gas Operator in a junior HSE or Q role providing basic technical and administrative support to that team.
• Good communication, presentation and literary skills.
• Respectful of confidentiality with strong people skills.
• High level of experience with Microsoft Office package.
• Confidence to offer constructive criticism.
• Willingness to both take up and pro-actively stay up to date with latest management system developments.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING:

Higher National Diploma or equivalent in Business Management.
However, consideration given to experience level in lieu of HND.
