The Role:
To Implement the Manage and Perform EH&S Audit policies and programs. Determine the strategic and tactical audit plans and resources are developed, delivered, installed and maintained. Operate the Audit Planner, Scheduler and Client Partner roles of the Manage and Perform Audit component of the EH&S Work Process.
Assures adherence and consistency in overall auditing and corporate compliance program standards and advises Corporate management on their effectiveness.
Coordinates, implements, executes tasks and maintains a proactive program to achieve the corporate compliance and auditing goals and objectives within the scope of this role.

• Define, review and revise the 5 year (strategic) and 18 month (tactical) audit work process framework.
• Define the Envelope, client and work process audit needs.
• Establish and apply the prioritization criteria
• Define resource needs for strategic and tactical audits
• Ensure that the work process, tools and resource pool is approved and sufficient.
• Train and obtain certified pool of auditors to support tactical plan
• Create rolling (tactical) schedule of audits
• Interfaces with all levels of Corporate Leaders and EH&S Leaders.
• Advises Management on Personal Safety, Process Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environment performance and compliance related matters.
• Continuously assesses facilities’ operations and maintenance on Personal Safety, Process Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environment performance and compliance.
• Links to Parent Company’s Personal Safety, Process Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environment Technology and Expertise to obtain clear interpretations of site-specific regulatory process, regulations, laws and associated procedures.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in one of the fields of safety, occupational health, engineering, environment or related science.
• Auditor/Lead Auditor Certification:
• Occupational Health & Safety Management System: OHSAS18001
• Environmental Management System: ISO14001
• Experience in chemical or oil industry or related EH&S, which were in Environment, Health and Safety auditing fields.
• Excellent command of reading and writing technical English.
• Good understanding of the EH&S work process and interacting with systems and enabling tools.
• Ability to mine, analyse and interpret data records and make recommendations to improve EH&S standard implementation and propose continuous improvements plans for the plants, envelopes, business services and expertise to go beyond zero injuries and unplanned events.
