The Role:
Responsible for the effective implementation of the EH&S management system (work processes, standards, procedures) to its objectives and maintain the license to operate.

• Manage & Perform Audits
• Incorporate Sadara, Client Partner and Regulatory Requirements and focus
• Maintain, Obtain Internal /External Certification
• Certify Internal Auditors
• Implement Self-Assessment program Strategy and Tactical Plans
• Plan / Coordinate with Self-Assessment Focal Point
• Own and manage Audit Management Tools
• Reports
• Presentations

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Relevant qualification within health and safety field
• Completion of Industrial Training Program.
• Experienced in working within a EH&S Role with extensive knowledge
• Excellent understating of EH&S management systems and regulations
• Excellent understanding of behavioural change efforts.
• Fluency in English
