The Company:
SADARA is a Multinational Chemical company which is constructing and operating a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. This will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Responsible for the implementation of the EH&S management system (work processes, standards, procedures) to meet EH&S objectives and to maintain the license to operate. Provide hands-on environmental, industrial hygiene, health and safety and reactive chemicals activities for a specific plant.
1. Implement detailed, task level, day-to-day EH&S (Environmental, Industrial Hygiene, Safety & Reactive Chemicals, Health Services) programs, utilizing the EH&S work process, standards and procedures.
2. Ensure that the environmental, IH, Health & Safety and Reactive chemical aspects of operating discipline are adequate and applied to achieve EH&S performance goals.
3. Act as the plant resource for related EH&S information on procedures, guidelines and standards and plant contact for environmental, IH, Health, Safety, reactive chemical issues.
4. Coach teams and individuals on EH&S related tasks and activities and ensure that compliance tasks are completed.
5. Assist in developing and achieving area or plant EH&S goals.
6. Perform and coordinate environmental, IH and reactive chemical monitoring, data collection, analysis and reporting for the Plant.
7. As required, participate in the environmental, I/H, Health, Safety and reactive chemical related reviews and projects.
8. Coordinate the schedules for and completes audit and assessments in EH&S related areas.
9. As required, conduct and document investigations of incidents and ensure follow up actions to prevent recurrence.
10. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/ manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Two-year degree in Engineering Technology or a closely related field or
• Completion of Industrial Training Program.
