The Role:
The specification highlights a number of the major services required for the contract. During the duration of the contract there may be a requirement to undertake additional services which shall be mutually agreed.

• Specifying modifications to existing equipment or purchasing new equipment including but not limited to:
- HV/LV switchgear
- HV/LV electrical drives
- Variable speed drives and thyristor controls
- UPS systems
- Power generation and distribution
- Power system studies and electrical protection
- Other associated electrical equipment with the Oil and Gas industry

• Resolve technical queries and ensure the resolution is satisfactory and ensure that all design changes are captured by the change control process

• To be able to conduct site surveys

• To be able to produce design deliverables required and participate in design reviews and check and approve discipline documents also to check interdisciplinary documents where necessary

• Producing documentation deliverables for inclusion in workpacks, and or, design books on time to meet project deadlines.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• HND or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline with sufficient post-qualification experience to be considered as highly skilled in their respective discipline. A reasonable level of experience should be in a relevant theatre of operation. Previous supervisory experience essential.
