The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
"Cross Car Line Component User Controls engineer, Project management and design of eectromechanical switches and capacitive sense technolgy. "

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience of Switch design or electro-mechanical design, Experience of capacitive sense or other touch sensitive technologies The ability to develop electrical system interfaces. Knowledge of CAN and LIN. HMI experience would be a distinct advantage.
*Development of A surface components Touch sensitive technologies CAN/LIN "

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Other skills that are required Ability to write engineering specifications and develop boundary diagrams between the interacting components that make up the system. Project Management supplier management with suppliers across Europe and Japan. Ability to communicate across the business"
* Switch design and PCB knowledge. Experience of Failure Mode avoidance, DFMEA's, Design verification methods and testing"
* Engineering Degree qualified or significant experience
