The Role:
This position is for an Electrical Engineer to be based in Townsville on a permanent basis on a design discipline basis.

Responsibilities will include:

Preparation and technical review of design/engineering deliverables;
Active participation in project risk assessments and design reviews;
Active contribution to project quality control processes;
Active participation in Safety in Design and constructability reviews.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess at least 3-5 years experience as an electrical engineer, ideally with a solid background in coal / minerals processing and/or materials handling.
Hold a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering that is acceptable for admission as a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) within Engineers Australia or recognised equivalent .
A demonstrated commitment to safety in the workplace is essential.
