The Role:
• Electrical Operations and Maintenance activities support assisting the Electrical Provide Daily operational support to J-Block offshore electrical team including:
• Workpack Preparation
• Drawing as building / updating
• Close out of VES / ICP / TQ / PQ items
• Preparation for MOC reviews
• Provision of technical information for offshore technicians
• Manage assigned service and materials contracts
• Undertake minor projects and initiatives:
• Prepare project justification and request for funds for management approval
• Prepare project work packs in conjunction with vendors
• Manage workscopes and associated vendors
• Ensure effective handover from project to operations including updates of SAP master data
• Provide Technical Support, as directed
• Action electrical technical, verification and asset integrity queries
• Identification of potential replacements for obsolete equipment
• Ensure regulatory compliance for electrical equipment
• Provide assistance in the production of updated work standards
• Manage assigned responsibilities in SAP
• Be proficient in SAP Plant Maintenance module
• Act as custodian of assigned Work Standards and planned maintenance routines
• Raise new notifications and work orders as necessary
• Provide technical input to work orders at the scoping and planning stage

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum HNC in relevant qualifications or considerable work experience.
Previous experience working in North Sea Oil & Gas Industry
