The Company:
Our client is a major global Oil and Gas EPC management company that can cover small Brownfield projects to major Greenfield projects.
They are a growth company who can serve as a Sole Supplier, Joint Venture or Subcontractor. With a proven track record of delivering large scale complex projects they are a progressive and attractive company.

The Role:
We are currently sourcing an Electrical Instrument and Control Project Engineer to work at our client's Bradford site offices on a contract basis, for a period of 6 months (on-going). The role will include the following:
Review and development of project scope with the Clients’ Engineers. Carry out surveys. Prepare design estimates.
Manage emergent / small site projects. Liaise with plant and installation contractors.
Liaise with client's other offices for larger projects.
Supervise a small team of site based E&I designers, allocate work and manage / report spends and progress.
A good general working knowledge of the following:
DCS / PLC based control systems. General instrumentation and electrical equipment associated with batch process plant. Motor Control Centres, process heaters, trace heating, lighting and small power.
SIL, ATEX and hazardous area applications.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Substantial Process Plant design experience.
Good EIC Knowledge
Cost control / programme control
Bradford (frequent visits to Teesside)
