The Company:
A major international oil and gas company.

The Role:
Coaching of workers on site at the various locations in accordance with the competence development requirements, and industry best practice.
• Develop and coach workers for enhanced performance
• Coach the production workforce to work as a team to achieve goals.
• Promote safe practice for personnel and safe operation of production assets
• Assist with the training and Competence development and assurance of workers to ensure that personnel are reviewed, trained and developed to meet existing and future work demands
• Consult with Maintenance organizations to identify training needs for operators, maintainers, and specialists
• Review progress against Development plans and targets.
• Manage the development and implementation of maintenance integrity plans;
• Input into the preparation of the maintenance plans in line with Operations & Maintenance philosophy, Maintenance/Integrity strategies; ensure maintenance tasks are developed based on best practices, vendor’s recommendations, results of appropriate analyses;
• Guide the preparation of the inspection plans for equipment in line with Operational Excellence requirements;
• Ensure understanding the definition and preventive maintenance requirements for SCE’s;
• Assist in the review of relevant Operational Excellence elements
• Champion safety culture and use of systems.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Technical Certifications, 15+ years experience in a gas and oil industry, minimum 5 years in senior position.
• Extensive knowledge of plant Electrical Maintenance
• Good technical communication skills;
• Ability to interact with other members of the asset services directorate;
• Capable of giving direction and guidance on planning & reporting matters;
• Good understanding of facility integrity and Process Safety in order to evaluate and rank risks
• Good understanding of corrosion, materials, inspection, construction
• Good understanding of maintenance management systems, and processes.
